About Me

“I never lose. Either I Win or I Lose.”

Why did I start my blog with this quote? Because I find it to be one of the truest things I’ve ever heard.

Hey, I’m Patric, but most people call me Moore. Welcome to my blog! All too often I find myself scrolling through social media looking through the “perfect” lives of everybody else and saying to myself, “I wish I was doing awesome shit like that!” Now, I know obviously that what I see on social media is just a glimpse into the lives of others. I have no idea what’s happening behind the scenes during their everyday life, but that doesn’t make me want to experience life to the fullest any less. Just to be clear, I don’t believe my life is boring for one second. For example:

  • I was a foreign exchange student in Europe for a year where I got to sail the North Sea, learn to ski in the Austrian Alps, and travel all throughout Europe.
  • I left home a week after graduating high school to join the Air Force which has given me amazing opportunity to live coast to coast for the last 7 years
  • At the age of 21 I bought my first house then realized real estate was pretty awesome way to make some extra money so I said, “let’s jump in and see what happens!” So now at 25 I own 4 properties with a combined 7 rental units with plans to purchase more!

WHY I’M WRITING THIS BLOG

I believe that everybody should have a blog. Everybody has a voice and I believe they should figure out the best way to project it. The route I’ve chosen is blogging. I aim to inspire people that the American Dream is not dead. That never before have we seen so much opportunity for growth and development, not only as individuals, but as a community, as a country, and as a world. It’s time to seize the day and become what you truly want to be and that’s what I’m doing. I’m starting. I’m taking action towards the things I want in my life and I’m sharing my story so that I can inspire others to live out their best lives and change the world.

WHAT I’M GOING TO WRITE ABOUT

I’m going to be documenting my journey towards early financial independence (the good, the bad, and yes even the ugly). I’m going to use this blog as an avenue to get my thoughts out on different topics like money, real estate, and overall life.

THANK YOU

Lastly, I just really want to say thank you for taking your time to read my blog. I hope that it may inspire you to go out and tackle something that you’ve always wanted to do as well!
