Throughout life we end up setting plenty of goals for ourselves. Some of them we achieve, others we don’t. Some are small and some are big. Some of them we keep to ourselves and others we shout to the world. Simply said life constantly changes and so do your goals.

I’ve been meaning to post this trip for a long time. The first installment of a three part adventure!
In an effort to not write a 20,000 word blog post, I’m going to condense my experience into multiple posts!
Back in July of 2018, I decided to take a short vacation by myself. Little did I know that I’d end up falling in love with a city.

In my last post I talked about books that made the greatest impact on me in 2018. For this post, I’m going to talk about the books I plan to read for the upcoming year! It’s going to be a little different for me because I’ve never planned out a reading list and of course things usually change as the year goes on, but I’d like to be a little more organized in 2019. So, here we go!

This year I’ve gotten back into the habit of reading books. Everything thing I’ve read has been non-fiction (maybe next year I’ll get back into some fiction). I mostly enjoy reading books on business, real estate, finances, and personal development. However, this year I dove into some books regarding other topics dealing more with politics and some in the food world. Out of all of the books I’ve read this year the following are the 5 that have stood out the most to me in no particular order.

Another year come and gone!
While I don’t believe we should live in the past, I do believe that it’s essential to take a moment to reflect all that we’ve accomplished over the last year. By doing so we’re able to learn from ourselves in order to get a better grasp on what we’d like to do in the New Year. We can relive our accomplishments and learn from our mistakes. For me, 2018 has brought plenty of both.
With the coming of every New Year, I typically set some big goals that I’d like to accomplish. 2018 was no different. I actually even accomplished some of them haha! Of course every year brings a ton of events that we never planned on happening as well. That’s more of the story of how 2018 has played out for me.

I know June is actually halfway through the year, but May is halfway until my birthday. Now, I’m not one of those crazy people that obsess over their birthday and have a countdown or anything like that, but back on my 24th birthday, last November, I set some goals for myself and I’d just like to share an update with everyone. Well I’m going to show you some steps that have helped me get to where I am today. Continue reading “Road to Financial Awesomeness!”
